Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Future Operations SME to support a federal government client at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role focuses on bridging the MARSOC-CD&I functions with MRR, MRBs, MSOCs, and MSOTs to advance future operations and modernization initiatives.

You will help manage EI&I strategy, coordinate with DoD and civilian science and technology efforts, and support wargaming, lessons learned, and curriculum inputs for future force design. A Secret clearance with TS eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong analytical experience.
• 5+ years of SOF experience required; 2+ years at BN level or above preferred.
• 10+ years of military experience required.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Assist the MRR FOPSO in unit evolution, transformation, and experimentation by bridging the CD&I staff with MRR, MRBs, MSOCs, and MSOTs.
• Lead MRR EI&I Strategy and implementation, including weekly MRR EI&I Working Groups and coordination with Gap Managers.
• Attend and distribute information from MARSOC Capability Development Team working groups.
• Provide oversight of MRR/MRB RCIDS submissions and support MRR equities in the RERB process.
