Prescient Edge is seeking a Special Activities SME to support a Federal government client. The role involves coordinating SA activities across MRB and interfacing with key personnel to provide training, script writing, and compliance with safety and SOPs.

The candidate should bring 6+ years of SOF experience, ASOTC graduate status, and a track record in Special Missions. Expect travel up to 50% and a strong focus on training, coordination, and event support.

Qualifikationen

• Former NCO or Warrant Officer required.
• 6 years SOF experience from graduation from their pipeline as operator or leader.
• ASOTC graduate.
• Minimum of 2 SOF combat deployments (one with ASOT TTPs).
• 3 years operational experience in SA roles (S3X, MLE, OCE).
• Thorough understanding of ASOT, TSO, SSE, and PR.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with MRB S-3X Operations Center personnel on SA related issues.
• Interface with T-Cell Staff and units.
• Participate in required meetings.
• Advise and coordinate SA script writing.
• Enforce doctrine and unit SOPs to standards.
• Be prepared for training events with appropriate equipment.
• Coordinate with uniformed personnel for input for After Action Reports (AAR).
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain accountability of equipment and training aids.
