Job summary
Credence is seeking a Future Operations Planner to support the U.S. Space Force S4S S35 Future Operations Division at Vandenberg SFB, California.
The role requires transitioning campaign plans to contingency plans, developing orders, and staff planning with a current Top-Secret clearance with SCI, ACCM, and SAP eligibility. The successful candidate will analyze risks, coordinate with mission stakeholders, and support exercise planning across planning staffs, including travel and extended shifts
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Current Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI, ACCM, and SAP.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in joint future operations, contingency planning, and staff coordination.
- Ability to travel and work extended days for exercise periods.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with S5 Campaign Plans to transition Joint Space Operations Plans into contingency-operations planning.
- Support joint planning and operations under JP 5.0 and JP 3.0 series.
- Participate in OPTs to translate guidance into plans and orders for Government approval.
- Analyze risks and assess threats across strategic to tactical options.
- Write and staff orders, plans, and instructions and coordinate staff decisions.
