Job summary

Credence is seeking a Strategy and Campaign Planner to support the U.S. Space Force S4S S53 Plans Division at Vandenberg SFB, CA. The role applies operational art, operational design, and the Joint Planning Process to develop and assess support plans; lead OPTs; develop mission analysis, COA, wargaming, and contingency plan products.

Travel to CONUS and OCONUS planning conferences will be required. U.S. citizenship, Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and a bachelor's degree are required,

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience with planning processes and documents.

Responsibilities

Create, execute, and maintain OPTs supporting plan development and assessment.
Develop and maintain S4S support plans using operational art and JPP.
Research combatant commands' plans and recommend actions for S5 support plans.
Produce mission-analysis products, COAs, wargaming, and contingency plans.
Integrate adversary information into plans and targeting processes.
Coordinate staffing packages and provide actionable recommendations.
