Responsibilities & Qualifications

• This is a year‑round indoor position; we are looking for longer‑term employees.
• You can work weekend mornings from 8:45 am‑1:30 pm and weekdays from 2:45 pm‑7:30 pm.
• You are able to reliably commute to our pool location in Richmond.

Compensation & Rewards

• Pay starts at $18.00 /hr (may increase to $19.25 based on experience).

About the Role

British Swim School is a nationwide provider of survival and stroke development swim lessons. Our mission is to prevent accidental drownings by teaching children and adults how to swim and enjoy the water safely. The instructor will teach our signature curriculum to preschool and elementary‑aged students, create a fun and supportive environment, and help parents feel comfortable.
