Rock’n Dough Pizza & Brewery in Jackson, TN is looking for energetic team members to own the guest experience with warm welcomes, confident recommendations, and memorable service during busy evenings.

You’ll read the room, suggest pairings, and collaborate with the crew to deliver smooth service, fix issues, and create unforgettable moments through rockin flavor and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Availability nights/weekends/holidays (busiest times)
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to ~40 lbs
• Valid food handler and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per local law

Responsibilities

• Own the guest experience: warm welcome, confident recommendations, memorable table touches
• Read the room: pace courses, time refills, stage share plates, anticipate needs
• Know the menu: pizzas, apps, pastas, seasonal features, and house beers
• Sell through service: suggest pairings, samples, and moments to try
• Keep it tight: pre-bus, reset, verify orders, close the loop on requests
• Fix issues & the feeling: RHYTHM recovery to turn misses into wow
• Play as a team: assist with running food, expo handoffs, and host during rush

What you’ll do (aka your setlist)

• Own the guest experience: warm welcome, confident recs, memorable table touches.
• Read the room: pace courses, time refills, stage share plates, anticipate needs.
• Know the menu: pizzas, apps, pastas, seasonal features, and house beers (quick pairings = big wins).
• Sell through service: suggest pairings, samples in taster glasses, and “you’ve gotta try this” moments.
• Keep it tight: pre-bus, reset, verify orders, and close the loop on every request.
• Fix the issue & the feeling: use our RHYTHM recovery steps to turn misses into “wow.”
• Play as a team: jump on running food, expo handoffs, and host assists during rush.
