Job summary

California Closets Gulf Coast is hiring Sales/Design Consultants to build and design lifestyle storage solutions for clients along the Gulf Coast. You will drive projects from concept to completion, promoting high-end closets and custom storage while visiting clients’ homes and showing strong closing capability.

We provide paid training, ongoing personal development, and a generous compensation package with commissions.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with commission and a proven track record of setting and hitting goals.
• Interior Design education, direct industry experience, or proven passion for home décor (ASID membership a plus).
• Valid Driver’s License to commute to customer’s homes for appointments (We pay travel stipend per Client).
• Ability to kneel and stoop for on-site measuring with measuring tools.
• Detail Oriented in handling multiple projects at one time.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team.
• Experience with computer software and ability to learn CAD Programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of client projects with different complexity and a high closing ratio.
• Meet with clients to translate vision into design solutions.
• Travel to client homes for on-site measurements and consultations.

YES??!! GREAT! Our Design team is looking for a collaborator with a flair for design and project management skills to lead a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity, and a relentless closing success ratio for a HIGH EARNING dynamic environment.

We’ll provide :

Training – We have over 1600 nationwide Designers and are expanding here along the Gulf Coast. Paid training (8-10 weeks) as part of 6-month guaranteed salary plus commissions to get you rolling.

Autonomy — Work life balance and flexible work schedule

Ongoing Support — Extensive new hire training and investment with on-going personal development and training/support programs

Resources — We generate most of the leads for you, at least initially until you build a book of business over time. A team of professionals to complete the project

Technology — iPad, CAD program, Laptop and more

Generous Compensation package — Performance based compensation, commission and bonuses (Minimum guaranteed $500 per week for first 6 months plus commission)
