Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to support our local supply location. You will prepare rooms, operate equipment, and help restore damaged properties with care and efficiency.

We offer competitive pay ($18–$22 per hour), a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development. A valid driver's license is required, and physical stamina is essential for lifting and moving materials.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly.
• Able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to work with cleaning agents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging area and equipment.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform demolition, cleaning and other production tasks as directed.
• End-of-day cleanup and breakdown; leave jobsite clean and orderly.
• Unload debris and prepare for the next day.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed (i.e. demolition, cleaning, etc.).
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Unload debris from vehicle and load up for the next day at the end of each day.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's licenseREQUIRED!

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
