ComForCare Home Health Care - Reno, NV is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and grow our home care team in the Reno area. You will direct day-to-day operations, recruit and manage staff, and ensure high-quality client care across the organization.

You will monitor regulatory compliance, build relationships with clients and referral partners, and drive growth through performance metrics. A hands-on leader with strong communication and scheduling skills is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in home care, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style.
• Knowledge of Nevada home health care regulations and compliance standards.
