Job summary

EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our in-person team in Idaho Falls, Idaho Area. The role offers a flexible schedule with a compensation range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities based on licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed.
• Facilitate therapy groups and complete necessary assessments for insurance compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain up-to-date documentation in the agency’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including facility staff, PMHNPs, PCPs, and other behavioral health professionals.
