Job summary

EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our in-person Idaho Falls team. You will provide psychotherapy to individuals in long-term care settings and contribute to collaborative care.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling with a tiered pay structure based on visit types and licensure, plus benefits like 401(k) and paid time off. Strong emphasis on reducing caregiver fatigue and improving residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in Idaho is required.
• Must maintain licensure in good standing.
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals with psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed.
• Facilitate therapy groups and complete assessments for insurance compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with up-to-date documentation in the agency’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including facility staff, PMHNPs, PCPs, and other behavioral health professionals.

• Active LCSW License in Idaho (Required).
• Must maintain licensure and remain in good standing throughout employment.
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
