Job summary

Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe is hiring for kitchen team members to prep, salad, grill, roll-up, and expo stations. Experience isn’t required—we train you. You’ll earn base pay plus a high-paying tip pool, enjoy free meals, and have a flexible schedule while growing toward ownership.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain hygiene, and support health department standards across shifts, contributing to a great team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment

Responsibilities

• Positions can include these stations: Prep, Salad, Grill, Roll-Up, and Expo.
• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately
• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Menu and product knowledge
• Managing orders efficiently
• Preparing catering orders
• Proper food handling and storage of food products
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
• Performing shift side work, including opening and closing duties
• Completing all course certifications for kitchen team members in our training platform

Your Working Conditions / Hours:

Hours will vary by store.
You’ll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment, which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.
