Kitchen Member BOH is hiring for PM-shift kitchen roles including Prep, Grill, and Expo. You will prepare fresh items daily, stock stations, and learn menu knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is required; we train you. We offer base pay $12–$15 per hour plus a high-paying tip pool, free meals, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement within a great team.

Qualificações

• Proper knife skills are expected.
• Good communication and the ability to work fast-paced environments are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately.
• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Menu and product knowledge.
• Managing orders efficiently.
• Preparing catering orders.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas.
• Performing shift side work, including opening and closing duties.
• Completing all course certifications for kitchen team members in our training platform.

Your Role:

Your Working Conditions / Hours:

We are currently hiring for our PM shift, which means 3pm-5pm start and ending around 10pm.
You’ll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment, which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.

Your Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing
• Bending
• Stooping
• Twisting
• Lifting/carrying up to 30 pounds
• Cooking
