Job summary

Moss Roofing is seeking a General Manager for its Nashville-area location. Lead daily operations, recruit and develop a local team, and oversee residential roofing projects from lead to completion to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Drive branch P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve revenue goals while maintaining safety and compliance. Build strong community relations and expand Moss Roofing’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales operations, project management, and financial performance in a branch or multi-team environment.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a new branch successfully.
• Comfortable using technology for estimating, scheduling, and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
