sugaringLA Indy is hiring a part-time Front Desk Sales & Membership Associate at The Lash Lounge in Indianapolis. You’ll greet guests, consult and schedule, and confidently promote memberships, services, and retail.

This role offers commissions on memberships and products, monthly bonuses, free uniforms, and advancement opportunities. Must be available weekday evenings and weekends; 10–25 hours/week, with full-time possible for the right candidate.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available weekday evenings

• Experience in sales, customer service, or membership-based businesses
• Strong communication and organizational skills—you follow through and follow up
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems (we use MindBody)
• Beauty, spa, or salon experience is a plus—but not required
• Someone who shows up sharp, professional, and team-oriented every shift
