SugaringLA is seeking a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist to join our team in a vibrant, organic studio environment in New Jersey. You’ll perform beauty services, educate clients on skincare, and contribute to a welcoming, earth-friendly atmosphere.

We value independent work, client education, and a friendly, reliable attitude. Training and growth opportunities are integral, with a built-in book of leads and ongoing marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• Customer service focused, individualized care for clients.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Initiates self-learning and educates clients on products/services.
• Follows detailed instructions and takes feedback to foster growth.

Responsibilities

• Master sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique.
• Learn and become proficient in scheduling software and studio procedures.
• Educate clients on memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing products and services.
• Help maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment.
• Create new clientele through sugaringLA’s referral programs.

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
