The Institute For Orthopedics & Chiropractic, PLLC in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to warmly welcome patients and ensure a smooth check-in experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls and scheduling, collecting copays, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, data entry, and supporting a collaborative office culture. Occasional coverage at our St. Paul location may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role:
Join the team at the Institute For Orthopedics & Chiropractic, PLLC as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
• Collecting copays and patient balances.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Handle patient check-out and follow-up appointments.
• Support a positive office culture and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

• Good attendance & punctuality is a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a receptionist preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and a team player with a passion for patient care.
• Ability to travel to our St. Paul location for coverage.

Clinic Hours: Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 7am-5:30pm, Tues 9:30am-6pm 6545 Flying Cloud Dr, Suite 100
Eden Prairie, MN 55344
Staffing hours will vary based on schedule needs.
Compensation: $16.44 – $22.25 per hour
