Job summary

Ashby Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated Dishwasher in Town of Stanley, WI to support a high‑volume dining operation. You will transport and clean utensils, help maintain clean work areas, and assist in equipment upkeep in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include washing cookware, organizing storage, and aiding line cooks with prep and storage duties. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred, not required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Wash pots, pans, and trays and polish silverware
• Segregate and remove trash and place it in the designated containers
• Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; restock tools and supplies for the next shift
• Maintain temperature logs; keep walk-in cooler/freezer organized
• Help line cooks properly prep, store, and date food
• Break down cardboard boxes and maintain clean dumpster area
