Job Summary

Are you eager to leverage your analytical skills to drive business success? As a Corporate Business Analyst, you will enhance Alfa's strategic planning and operational efficiency by analyzing business processes, identifying improvements, and providing insights. You will collaborate across departments to gather data, analyze it, and present findings to senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives.
  • Engage with IT, business owners, developers, and QA teams to serve as a liaison between stakeholders.
  • Participate in the SDLC by analyzing requirements, creating workflow diagrams, understanding system capabilities, and writing specifications.
  • Use analytical skills to connect business processes with existing or new software solutions.
Qualifications
  • Certifications: ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP preferred.
  • Understanding of project delivery and acceptance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

This position offers remote work in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Travel to Montgomery headquarters may be required for meetings or training.

Compensation: $27.02 per hour
