Job summary

At Your Side Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes across the Madisonville area. You will assist with daily activities, provide personal care, help with mobility, plan meals, and manage household tasks while offering companionship to clients and respite to families.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; CNA or HHA certification is preferred. A reliable vehicle is advantageous for client visits and scheduling flexibility is offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent in their homes.
• Provide personal care and accompany clients in daily routines.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Plan meals and assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Manage household needs and errands as needed.
• Provide companionship and respite services for families.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • [If Applicable] A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.

Compensation: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
