Mathnasium Union is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead student learning initiatives and support a dynamic after-school program. You will work closely with the Center Director to identify learning needs and enroll students, while delivering engaging math instruction in a supportive school-day schedule.

• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
• Must be available from 2:30pm to 7:30pm Monday through Thursday.
