Job summary

Mathnasium of Highlands Ranch (ID: 3100103) is seeking an Assistant Math Learning Center Director for a part-time leadership position with 20–40 hours per week after school and on weekends. You will support the Center Director, assist with enrollment, and deliver engaging math instruction with a team. A strong customer focus and readiness to train are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized student learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
