Glassboard, a hardware product development firm in Indianapolis, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to drive concepts from sketches to mass production. You will manage multiple projects, blend traditional engineering with prototyping, and collaborate with product teams across disciplines.

As a Mechanical Engineer at Glassboard, you will be responsible for creating, developing, testing, and realizing standout mechanical engineering solutions. You will take client projects and work alongside our product development teams from concept sketches to mass production. Being able to progress multiple projects at once and wear many hats is a must. We are looking for someone who can blend traditional engineering tasks with prototyping and testing. Above all, we are looking for a curious, out‑of‑the‑box problem solver with the confidence to drive excellence in our programs.
