Responsibilities

• Review call-ins and staffing to create production plans.
• Manage KTM projects related to JUMP Tactics.
• Work with safety and quality teams on concerns.
• Finalize Continuous Improvement Ideas.
• Coach team members to meet production goals.
• Schedule production based on sales and inventory.
• Create training plans for specific areas.
• Participate in training sessions for growth.
