Kroger is offering a 12-week Summer Internship Program in the United States for students across majors to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and manufacturing. Interns will rotate through corporate and operating departments, working on real projects under the guidance of leaders and mentors.

Responsibilities include managing projects, documenting processes, analyzing supply chains, and presenting outcomes to executives.

Formación

• Open to all majors pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong motivation and leadership skills; able to work in teams or independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to various levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong multitasking abilities

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to timelines
• Communicate status and risks to appropriate teams
• Assist in documenting supply chain processes and best practices
• Assist in creating process improvement projects
• Conduct supply chain analyses
• Identify and pursue new supply chain project opportunities
• Assist with project risks, develop plans and escalate issues
• Collaborate with teams to deliver supply chain solutions
• Complete internship project summary and present to executives
