Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiting & Sales Summer Intern in Creve Coeur, Missouri. The Future Leader will learn about recruiting, account management, and field support, gaining experience in diverse business phases.

Interns will engage in responsibilities such as training on internship tasks, evaluating job applications, scheduling candidate interviews, and shadowing recruiters during interviews and client meetings. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program and possess customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university, preferably between Junior and Senior year.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Customer service and sales-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and learn Internship responsibilities with support of Account Manager.
• Attend daily team meetings to discuss goals and game plan.
• Post available positions via internal database to increase candidate pool.
• Network and obtain resumes through referrals.
• Evaluate job applications and create candidate call list.
