Job summary

Cintas offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to jumpstart your professional career. You will rotate through departments to gain hands-on leadership experience across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, preparing you for advancement within the company.

You will work with experienced managers and have access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits while building strong customer relationships and analyzing sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree within six months or sooner.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements: active license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development via Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
