Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security.
• 0–2 years of related IT, software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, systems support, or business technology experience.
• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• PJM is not STEM OPT eligible; immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Complete three eight-month rotations across ITS functions such as application development, technology operations, infrastructure, data and analytics, and business solutions.
• Participate in structured learning, training, and mentoring with ITS leadership and mentors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ITS and business teams to translate business needs into reliable technology solutions and communicate technical information clearly.
