Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Bachelor's degree by start of program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training consistent with the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Build knowledge of all products for effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and loss prevention.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Support training, development and performance management.
• Respond to customer or employee complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager for outside sales to increase market share.
