Qualifications

• Entry-level program designed to prepare for floorcovering management or sales roles.
• 8–12 week training prior to placement.
• 44 hours per week with evenings and/or weekends possibly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to oversee a multi‑million-dollar business.
• Grow market share by selling floorcovering materials to commercial clients (e.g., property managers, builders, contractors).
• Develop relationships with procurement, project management, and maintenance staff at customer sites.
