Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking an Advisor Development Program participant to begin a career as a Financial Advisor. You will work with high-net-worth clients, identify needs, review investment goals, and prepare personalized recommendations.

You will leverage technology, profile client objectives, and collaborate with banking and investment partners to expand a productive practice while meeting regulatory guidelines and training commitments.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalents).
• Minimum of one year in investments industry with product knowledge.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales with target attainment.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and build trust.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and partners; results-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with client prospecting and networking.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Positions Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collects client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Provides investment product recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Documents client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
