Job summary
Honeywell Technologies offers a top-tier Future Finance Leader’s Program for Accounting and Finance graduates, combining senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real projects. You will receive formal training, coaching, mentoring, and networking to prepare for a corporate finance career at Honeywell Technologies.
You will have three 18-month rotations across Business Finance, Business Analysis, Controllership, Data Analytics, and Finance Specialists, with rotations
Qualifications
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a Master of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA) at an accredited college or university
- Must have graduated from an accredited college or university between December 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work in January 2027 or July 2027 for Automation roles.
- Geographical mobility throughout the Future Finance Leader’s Automation Program, including 2 geographical moves required
- Must be able to participate in an internship, prior to completing current degree program
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
