Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is launching a Field Operations Specialist Rotational Development Program in Madison, WI.

The 18-month program prepares future Field Operations Managers through rotations across Customer Service, Quality, Reliability, and Supply Chain, with a final deployment phase in Florida. The role requires relocation capability, up to 75% travel after deployment, and strong communication, analytics, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to required territory.
• Travel up to 75% after field deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and business insights.
• Performance management skills.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to make fact-based decisions, while exercising creativity.
• Effective root cause analysis and corrective action management.

Responsibilities

• 18-month rotational program designed to develop future Field Operations Managers.
• Support operational excellence within the in-home service network.
• Gain exposure to Customer Service, Quality, Reliability, Supply Chain and Regional Operations.
• Engage with Sub‑Zero Group culture and partner engagement.
• Field Deployment with staged rotations and knowledge transfer.
