The starting annual salary range is $111,500–$125,000, with geography and qualifications shaping the final offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Three or more years operations and sales experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and communicates city operating plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• Sets monthly goals for location performance metrics.
• Forecasts budgets and manages key financial drivers for a city.
• Directs fleet distribution and maintenance activities across locations.
• Oversees inventory and fleet mix to optimize availability.
• Collaborates with Sales and Marketing to develop local plans.
• Review capital projects and DOR reports; manage bills and HR processes.
