Avis Budget Group seeks a District Manager to lead a district of operations, marketing, sales, maintenance and risk management, driving profitability across locations. You will develop corporate location management teams, provide strategic support, and implement solutions to grow revenue and profits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years operating/sales experience with supervisory duties, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Three+ years operations and sales experience, with at least 1 year supervisory.
• General business knowledge to lead multiple markets/locations.
• Excellent management skills with ability to oversee staff across locations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to track operating measures.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to motivate staff.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop city operating plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• Set monthly goals for location KPIs such as revenue, transactions, and incremental sales.
• Forecast, budget and manage key financial drivers for a city.
• Direct and control fleet distribution and maintenance activities.
• Evaluate inventories to maintain optimal fleet mix and aging.
• Collaborate with Corporate Sales/Marketing to develop local plans.
• Review capital projects and financial reports; manage vendor payments.
