The Suburban Collection is hiring for a full-time position in our DART Operations Program in Troy, MI. This program provides hands-on experience, leadership development, and cross-store exposure to accelerate career growth within Lithia & Driveway.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through vehicle purchase or service processes, building relationships, and aligning work with strategic objectives. A college degree is preferred but not required; a driver’s license and clean record are

• Serves as the communicator between customer and necessary departments; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood.
• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings.

We are looking to develop the next generation of Lithia & Driveway team members who will help us achieve our mission of Growth Powered by People, making Auto Done Easy for years to come. We are looking for data-centric, customer-focused, proactive people who will push our stores to be the best they can be for our customers.

The DART program is designed to give broad exposure to various aspects of the store while achieving store performance standards. Program participants will receive hands-on experience, leadership development, and be part of a connected group committed to accelerating their career growth through performance.

Participants may enter the stores through the sales or service route.
