Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is looking for a Managing Partner in Training in San Marcos, TX. This full-time position involves driving club profitability while fostering an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include energizing the team, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promotion, and removal of team members required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Recruit, hire and onboard talent.
