Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, with positions in Latham, NY or Troy, NY. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one, serving customers and partners and preparing to run a future Enterprise branch.

The program provides hands-on training in customer service, sales, finance, and operations, backed by mentoring and a culture of promotion from within. You’ll build leadership and operational skills for a successful career path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to commute within 1 hour to the location within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners.
• Learn and apply skills in sales, customer service, finance and operations.
• Support branch leadership and help develop a high-performing team.
