Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Columbus, Indiana, is hiring for its Management Training Program. You’ll begin learning all facets of our business—from sales and customer service to operations—while stationed at a local branch and mentored by experienced leaders.

The program offers a clear promotional path, hands-on training, and exposure to finance, marketing, and fleet operations, with immediate start and a strong focus on developing leadership skills for a future role managing a branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or be a current college student with no more than 1 semester to graduation.
• Minimum 6 months experience in two or more of: sales, customer service, management, athletics leadership, or campus/community leadership.
• Valid driver's license with up to 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Support and develop the team and future branch operations.
• Grow the business through customer service, sales and operations.
• Embrace a culture of customer-first service.
