Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience in utility operations or technical training.
• 4 years utility operations, construction, or adult technical instruction.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Advanced communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in business software and training tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Ability to perform needs analysis and identify performance gaps.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of technical training programs, progression testing, and qualification activities.
• Coordinate with Operations to assess training needs and develop curriculum and methods.
• Administer LMS and OQ programs; drive continuous improvement in learning solutions.
• Conduct field observations for safety and compliance; maintain training documentation.
• Identify improvements in training materials and delivery; create learning objectives.
