Commonwealth Fusion Systems seeks a Techno-Economic Analyst to develop and evolve techno-economic models for ARC and future fusion plants. This role supports assessing economic viability and informs design and strategy across teams.

You will work with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance to quantify costs, run sensitivity analyses, and communicate findings to customers and stakeholders, aiding business development and investor relations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Exposure to or professional knowledge of energy systems.
• Experience with probabilistic models.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and collaboration.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships with tight timelines.
• MS Excel - Mastery.
• MS PowerPoint - Proficiency.
• Probabilistic modeling and forecasting.
• Understand LCOE, overnight capital costs, IRR, ROE.

Responsabilidades

• Develop techno-economic models to evaluate fusion power plants' viability and commercial desirability.
• Run sensitivity analyses and update models with new data.
• Establish and maintain best practices and improve analytical methods over time.
• Track ARC competitiveness against other energy solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Business Development teams.
• Prepare briefing materials and publish research results for internal and external audiences.
• Present and defend analysis and assumptions to diverse audiences.
• Support Investor Relations and Business Development with queries and reports.
