Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Package Consultant 2 to drive Oracle ERP/CRM solutions, focusing on CX Cloud and Fusion Service Cloud integrations. You will gather requirements, help design solutions, and develop features while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

You will configure interfaces, perform ETL tasks, and provide user training, backed by a global Oracle practice with strong client engagement. A Bachelor's degree is required and relocation may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; relocation may be required.
• Experience in Oracle CX Cloud and Fusion Service Cloud preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, service management and ERP customization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into development tasks.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders and validate specifications.
• Assist in solution architecture and ERP package customization.
• Develop and integrate features, review code, and maintain stability.
• Configure interfaces, run ETL processes, ensure data flow between systems.
• Assess performance and ensure security/compliance of customizations.
• Create documentation and deliver user training.
