Fusion ERP Cloud - Functional Consultant/SME

We are hiring multiple Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Functional Analysts/SMEs with experience in the Accounts Payable and Procurement modules.

Work can be done remotely but must be during regular business hours in the Eastern time zone within the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist with defining business processes, participate in training and prototyping sessions, and review materials for the modules covered.
• Recommend adoption or rejection of new Oracle functionalities in quarterly releases.
• Participate in design sessions for system enhancements.
• Define test scenarios, review and record test results, develop UAT scripts, and coordinate UAT execution.
• Develop process-based training scenarios, review training materials, serve as a resource during end-user training, and conduct training sessions.
• Contribute to production cutover activities, including reviewing cutover scripts, assessing go-live readiness, and identifying contingencies.
• Act as the primary internal contact for your Fusion Cloud module.
• Create and update documentation, policies, procedures, and training guides regularly.
• Engage with departments on current and proposed process changes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting HR information systems.
• Experience in business process evaluation and redesign.
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Accounts Payable and Procurement modules is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $108,915 - $155,950 per year
