Type One Energy Group seeks a Systems Engineering Summer Intern to support the Systems Engineering team, gaining hands-on experience with requirements, architecture, and day-to-day engineering activities.

Location: Knoxville, TN or Madison, WI. Salary: $25-$30/hour, 40 hours per week. Reports to Sr. Systems Engineer. Opportunity to work with Cameo Systems Modeler and contribute to process improvements and training materials.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline or a master's in Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong interest in systems engineering, requirements management, and complex technical systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information in writing and presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support systems engineering activities, documentation, and processes.
• Work with Cameo Systems Modeler on requirements, functions, interfaces, and architecture.
• Develop or improve onboarding and training materials for tools and practices.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support for an assigned system or project.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to gather information for systems engineering tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and project discussions.
