Job summary

Experience leading multi-disciplinary manufacturing teams.
Experience in aerospace final assembly for prototypes or programs preferred.
Ability to manage complex integration challenges under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead fuselage process development and integrate into final assembly sequence.
Develop and optimize fuselage build sequencing to align with system installations and inspections.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve fit, alignment, and integration challenges quickly.
Oversee creation of detailed work instructions, quality checkpoints, and tooling requirements for consistency across shifts.
Serve as technical authority for the Fuselage IPT, ensuring repeatable processes ready for certification and ramp.
