Motive Workforce is hiring a Warehouse Worker for our furniture manufacturing facility in South Los Angeles, CA. The role is hands-on and fast-paced, paying $18/hour on the second shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and has experience with pallet wrapping and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments, operating pallet wrapping equipment, organizing orders, performing inventory counts, ensuring safety, and supporting

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments of furniture and raw materials.
• Operate pallet wrapping equipment and prepare products for shipping.
• Organize and stage furniture orders in the warehouse.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and quality checks.
• Move materials using pallet jacks or other equipment (as trained).
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
