The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, able to lift up to 50 lbs, pass a background check, and collaborate with a team while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish for workplace communication.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings.
• Experience with pallet wrapping is required or preferred.
• Able to lift and move heavy furniture up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments of furniture and raw materials.
• Operate pallet wrapping equipment and prepare products for shipping.
• Organize and stage furniture orders in the warehouse.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and quality checks.
• Move materials using pallet jacks or other equipment (as trained).
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
