Macy’s Furniture department is hiring a Furniture Sales Colleague (Big Ticket Colleague) to provide personalized service, deepen product knowledge, and help customers find furniture solutions that fit their lifestyle.

In this role you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, promoting protection plans, managing returns, and engaging customers through our loyalty program while supporting inventory and fulfillment with in-store technology to visualize and place orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of related retail experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort with using technology to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, knowledgeable service to shoppers.
• Help customers find furniture solutions and make confident recommendations.
