Description

Training Pay: $25/hr for the first 3 months

RC Willey is seeking a personable and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers in the Furniture department. In this role, you will greet customers, assess their needs, and offer tailored recommendations to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. You will also follow up with customers through callbacks, client cards, and thank-you notes to ensure satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to providing exceptional service and upholding RC Willey’s high standards of professionalism and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers, determine their needs, and address any related questions or concerns.
2. Ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
3. Follow up with customers through callbacks, client cards, and/or thank-you notes.
4. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
2. Previous sales experience is helpful, but a great attitude is essential.
3. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to achieve specific goals.
4. Dependable, presentable, and personable with the public.
5. Basic computer and typing skills.
6. Ability to multi-task, pay attention to details, and follow through with tasks.
