Furniture Fair in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Furniture Sales and Design Consultant to help clients select pieces that tie a room together. This full-time role blends home styling expertise with selling to drive store results.

You’ll conduct in-store and in-home consultations, measure spaces, present tailored design plans, coordinate product arrivals, and provide exceptional client service while staying knowledgeable about current promotions and products.

Qualifications

• Great design sense and ability to translate client needs into spaces.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales experience with ability to match client needs to products.
• Ability to measure spaces for in-home consultations.
• Knowledge of product lines across multiple vendors.

Responsabilités

• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Perform productive in-home consultations including accurate measurement and space assessment.
• Engage clients professionally, conveying passion for the product.
• Maintain professional appearance representing the Furniture Fair brand.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Coordinate product arrivals and setup with clients for a seamless experience.
• Demonstrate clienteling skills and stay informed about promotions and new product arrivals.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve sales and productivity goals.

• Perform productive in-home consultations including the ability to accurately measure and assess the client's living space

• Maintain a professional appearance that represents the Furniture Fair brand
• Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences and living space
• Follow through on product arrivals and set up with each client to ensure a seamless experience
• Demonstrate excellent clienteling skills including following up with clients regarding promotions, new product arrivals etc.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design center assortment
